Browser Settings for Direct Net

Information on Browser Settings

Does your Browser Support JavaScript?

The Direct Net website is optimized for browsers which support JavaScript (i.e. Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.5 and higher, Mozilla Firefox versions 1.0 and higher or Safari versions 1.2 and higher). If JavaScript is deactivated in the browser, important content and functions cannot be executed and displayed. It then becomes impossible to carry out important processes in Direct Net, such as entering a payment.

Please check whether your browser supports the use of JavaScript. We recommend that you activate JavaScript in your browser and then reload / refresh the site. Each browser has different settings for activating JavaScript.

Internet Explorer:

Go to 'Tools' and select 'Internet Options'. Select the 'Security' tab and click on 'Internet' as the web content zone for which you want to change the security settings. If there is a slider bar, move it to 'Medium'. If there is no slider bar in this menu, you can set the security level manually. To do this, click on 'Custom Level'. Then select 'Enable' for each of the three options under 'Scripting /Active Scripting'. Click on 'OK' to confirm.

Mozilla Firefox:

Go to 'Tools' and select 'Options'. Under 'Content' make sure the checkbox 'Enable JavaScript' is selected. Click on 'OK' to confirm.

Safari:

Go to 'Safari' and select 'Preferences'. Under 'Security' click on the 'Enable JavaScript' box in the 'Web content' section. Click on 'OK' to confirm.
